Do you ship internationally?
Bonjour, but...no. We wish we could, but right now we're unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
How soon will it arrive?
Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 1:00 PM Pacific time.
Sorry, but we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Why did my order get cancelled?
Look, no shoes, no shirt, no service.
Just kidding!
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation (see below). And most importantly - you WILL NOT BE BILLED for any cancelled items.

When an order gets cancelled it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Maybe the items you wanted are no longer available
- Perhaps you mistyped your credit card number, the card expired, etc...
- Might be that we can't ship to address provided
- Sometimes the cancellation is due to a customer request

There's no joking around about this stuff! We're online shoppers, too, and we take security very seriously. When you place an order on beautycrunch's website, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.
Is there a maximum order size?
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than five (5) units of any item. If you have any questions please contact us via email at custcare@beautycrunch.com and we will be happy to assist.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code during the 3rd step of checkout. When a coupon code is accepted, the offer will be displayed on the Final Review page.

Out of stock?
We know, we know - there's nothing worse than an out-of-stock item. The good news is, if you're still seeing it on our site, there's a chance it might be coming back! Please send us an email at custcare@beautycrunch.com to inquire about out-of-stock items.
Do you charge tax?
Not if you're shipping to an address outside California. But as residents of the Golden State, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at custcare@beautycrunch.com.
What are my payment options?
We're happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. However, we do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, but since we're selling mostly discontinued items at extremely generous discounts, we're unable to accept returns. In other words, all sales are final.
What if my stuff arrives damaged?
Darn those UPS brutes!
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email at custcare@beautycrunch.com to obtain a return authorization # and detailed instructions on what to do next.
What are my shipping options?
All beautycrunch orders are shipped and delivered via the fine folks at UPS! We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Here are your various options:
ground shipping ($7.95)
Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 3 - 5 business days, depending on product availability.
Most ground shipments are delivered within 7 - 10 business days from the order's ship date.
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional surcharge of $25, and some restrictions may apply.
second day air ($12.95)
Second day air shipments will be processed the following business day, depending on product availability.
Most of these orders are delivered within 2 - 3 business days from the order's ship date. See IMPORTANT NOTE below.
next day air ($17.95)
Next day air orders will be processed and shipped the following business day, depending on product availability.
Orders shipped via overnight service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. See IMPORTANT NOTE below.
Pssst: All 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific to be shipped the same business day. Any orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that ground orders usually take 3 - 5 business days to be processed and shipped, and they should arrive within 7 - 10 business days.
Are there shipping restrictions?
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Next day and second day service is not available for certain locations in Alaska. It's hard to move fast in the cold.
Some items sold by beautycrunch require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. Therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. we apologize for any inconvenience.
We do ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses, but it takes an extra day or so since we need to drive over to the post office to ship them via USPS.
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional surcharge of $25, and some restrictions may apply. Next day and second day express shipments are not available for certain locations in these states.
